John
O’Reilly is the lead coach and founder of O’Reilly Executive Development. He has over 8 years experience helping managers
and executives to improve personal and organisational performance through coaching. Prior to establishing O’Reilly Executive
Development he had over 14 years experience in the technology sector with senior
experience in sales and human resources.
John
has coached senior executives and managers across a broad spectrum of
industries & functional areas and has also coached at board level in large
multinationals. His style is challenging,
insightful, professional, and supportive.
Helping others to achieve more than they think is possible is the source
of John’s inspiration.
The
majority of John’s coaching work is performance focused with an emphasis on the
development of targeted leadership competencies and behaviours, self-awareness,
and emotional intelligence.
John
holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching, a Postgraduate
Diploma in Coaching Psychology, and a Masters degree in
Manufacturing Systems & Management.
John
also works as a coach practice tutor on the Smurfit Business School
Advanced Management Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching.
